COOKIE CONTROLS
Cookie Policy
Digital Alta uses a small number of browser technologies to operate the website and, with your permission, understand marketing performance.
Last updated: 31 July 2026Essential browser storage
Essential storage supports security, administrator sessions, the Sarah conversation close period and your saved cookie preference. The website cannot reliably provide these functions without it.
- digital-alta-marketing-consent: remembers whether optional measurement was accepted.
- digital-alta-sarah-complete-until: prevents a completed Sarah conversation from reopening for approximately 24 hours.
- Digital Alta admin session: authenticates authorized administrators.
Cookie-free campaign arrival measurement
Campaign landing pages record one limited first-party arrival event so Digital Alta can compare advertising clicks with pages that actually loaded. It contains only the page, selected service and campaign labels from the link. It does not use cookies and does not store contact details, IP addresses, chat content or a browser fingerprint.
Optional analytics and marketing
If you select Accept all, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and other approved measurement tags. These tools help us understand page performance, traffic sources and non-sensitive conversion events. Optional tags remain blocked when you select Essential only.
Google measurement
Google may process device, browser, network and interaction information according to Google's own terms and privacy documentation. Digital Alta uses consent controls designed to prevent optional Google tags from loading before permission is recorded.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings control in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional cookies will not stop you from viewing pages, submitting an enquiry or contacting Digital Alta.
