RIWAQ Living Community

Explore two residences and their community in an interactive 3D desktop review, with floor layouts, day and evening views, saved spaces and visit planning.

A Digital Alta working concept, not client work. Example products, prices, reviews and operating data are illustrative.

Desktop review: use a viewport at least 900 pixels wide. Visual and performance refinement is ongoing. The visit planner drafts a brief; it does not make a reservation.

WHAT THIS BUILD DEMONSTRATES

Made to create desire.
Structured to create action.

RIWAQ is a Digital Alta architectural experience demonstration connecting two furnished residences with a concierge pavilion, clubhouse, pool and family amenities. Visitors can follow guided routes, explore manually, compare homes and collect their preferred spaces into a visit brief. It demonstrates a possible digital property journey for developers; it is not a commissioned client project or a development offered for sale. The current public review is functional, with visual realism and performance refinement continuing.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What decision-makers
usually ask.

Is RIWAQ a real property development?+

No. RIWAQ is a Digital Alta working concept in the Experience Lab. The residences and community demonstrate digital experience capability and are not properties offered for sale.

What device do I need to explore RIWAQ?+

Use a desktop browser with a viewport at least 900 pixels wide and suitable graphics capability. The current 3D review is not a mobile experience, and performance varies by device.

Is this the final RIWAQ visual build?+

No. The public link is a working review. The core interactions are available while realism, animation and performance continue to be refined.

Does the visit planner send an enquiry or make a reservation?+

No. It assembles preferences into a draft or copyable brief. Live CRM submission, availability, booking and payment are separate integrations that can be scoped for a client project.

Can Digital Alta create this for our real estate project?+

Yes, subject to project fit, approved architectural assets, device requirements and an agreed scope. The wider service can connect the property experience with a website, app, CRM, ERP and sales workflows.
