LIVE EXPERIENCE · Luxury Retail & Fashion
A working mobile retail concept that carries customer intent from digital discovery into a personalised physical store visit.
A Digital Alta working concept, not client work. Example products, prices, reviews and operating data are illustrative.
WHAT THIS BUILD DEMONSTRATES
NOVA / CLIENT demonstrates how a retailer can connect customer profiles, saved products, live inventory, fitting-room preparation and store associates in one mobile experience. Customers can explore a personalised edit, reserve pieces, follow an in-store route and message a concierge. The same workflow can connect with a retailer’s POS, ERP, CRM, ecommerce platform and RFID or barcode inventory, making the concept practical for real stores rather than a visual-only prototype.
Carry approved preferences and saved products into a focused mobile retail journey.
Show availability and reservation choices without separating digital discovery from the store visit.
Illustrate how products, visit timing and customer intent could be available to the store team.
Give the customer and store associate a shared service context across messaging and in-person support.
